HOUSE IN OKINAWA CITY

My favorite foods are Sushi, Tempura,Korean BBQ and Mongolian BBQ
all of them with BEER
Some day, I was thinking about when is the best condition drinking beer.
I don't like running long way.
I don't want getting sweat a lot.
BUT I thought drinking beer after sport is better than only beer.
Finally, I thought drinking beer after Marathon is the best condition.
That's why I joined to OKINAWA MARATHON 2017

TODAY I just want you know about the NICE HOUSE in my not good English.
Cost: 36,800,000 yen (around $368,000)
It looks not so old right? because it was built in 2006. only 12 years old.
This house is Investment propety in Noborikawa Okinawa city.
Now it's rented to foreigner 190,000 yen monthly.
SO,if you are new owner, you can get the 190,000 yen monthly.
After lessee move out, you can chose living or rent to new one.
